Lee and Cindy are the founders of Spirit-Filled Nation Ministries, driven by a lifelong love of music and a passion for connecting lives for the Kingdom. Lee has been licensed in ministry for over 32 years and continues to play guitar, sharing his gifts to inspire others.
Together, they have walked through life’s ups and downs, committed to modeling faith, love, and service. In early 2025, they felt their calling grow stronger than ever, focusing on helping others take that first step toward Christ
Lee and Cindy live out the conviction that ordinary people can live extraordinary lives through faith, using music, mentorship, and ministry to guide others toward purpose, growth, and spiritual connection.

Mike serves as a Missionary Pastor at The Branch Fellowship in Massillon, carrying over 20 years of calling to do God’s work. A musician for more than 45 years, he believes in helping as many people as possible enter the Holy Kingdom and is passionate about guiding others in faith. Mike cherishes time with his grandchildren and brings both heart and experience to his ministry.
Charlotte, his wife, is a devoted missionary pastor’s wife and church administrator. She has been singing solos in church all her life and felt called to missionary work from a young age. Charlotte enjoys crafting, re-furnishing furniture, and nurturing their large family, which includes four children, three stepsons, two daughters-in-law, and six grandchildren.
Together, Mike and Charlotte bring faith, music, and mentorship to their ministry, inspiring those around them to grow in purpose, service, and spiritual connection.

Sam has lived and breathed music since age four. A multi-instrumentalist, he blends talent, dedication, and soul across drums, guitar, bass, piano, and more.
A Tuslaw High School graduate and varsity letterman, Sam has earned recognition on big stages, including runner-up in ESPN’s Battle of the Bands and Holiday Remix contests.
As a worship leader at RiverTree Fairless, he guides congregations into meaningful worship through Contemporary Christian Music. Off stage, Sam is a devoted husband and father, building a legacy rooted in faith and family.

Rob is a living example of a life transformed by Christ, using his personal testimony and musical gifts to help others overcome struggles, including addiction, and find salvation.
With 30+ years performing Heavy Metal and Grunge Rock, Rob has a deep love for music, particularly guitar, and brings that passion into his ministry. He balances his calling with his role as a warehouse manager, demonstrating faith and leadership in all areas of life.
Rob enjoys motorcycling and guitar in his personal time, and he is fully committed to following the path God has laid out for him, inspiring others to do the same.

Dave lives in Coshocton, Ohio, where he works and raises four children.
He serves on the worship team and church council at Solid Rock Foursquare Church, drumming to lead congregations in worship.
Dave and his team also travel throughout east central Ohio, sharing music and ministry with other Foursquare churches, celebrating and supporting God’s work in the local community.

Olivia serves as an assistant scoutmaster in their local troop and is passionate about helping in both the community and church.
She has a lifelong love for singing, which she now shares as part of the worship team at The Branch Fellowship, using music to deepen their walk with Christ.
In addition to music, she enjoys baking, crocheting, drawing, and painting, bringing creativity and joy into all areas of life.
Most of the members of Spirit Filled Nation Ministries’ worship team also play together in JustUS. The group got its name because, while playing together, they realized it was truly “just us” sharing music and ministry. They perform at some of the SFN Ministries events, bringing energy, worship, and connection to every gathering
